Telecaster pickup set designed in collaboration with Brad Paisley, featuring smooth non-staged Alnico II magnets in the neck pickup and concentrated Alnico IV stepped-studded magnets in the bridge , perfect for achieving the desired bite, snap and twang from Brad Paisley for his mixed country/blues style.

In 2017, after a long search for the perfect guitar, Brad Paisley acquired an original 1968 Telecaster. The guitar sounded great but the body of the Telecaster had unfortunately been repainted with black acrylic paint. So Brad took the guitar to expert paisley luthier Bill Crook to have the black paint removed and a classic 1968 paisley pattern applied instead. After removing some of the thick black paint, Bill came across a surprise: the original pink cashmere finish of his 1968 Fender Tele! Brad loved almost everything about his Tele® La Brea, but there was still something that wasn't quite right: The pickups.

Naturally, Brad called up his pal Seymour Duncan , and together they created the perfect matched, vintage -accurate pickups, the Brad Paisley Signature La Brea Telecaster Set.

• Bridge bridge with alnico IV rod magnets, wax bath, enameled wire winding, fabric push-back coil leads, vintage 7.44k output level, copper base, reverse winding and polarity, "flat gray forbon" gray fiber coil "classic, delivering the best quality you'd expect from a vintage pickup , but with a focused middle-range that only an alnico IV magnet can provide;
• Neck neck alnico II rod magnets, wax bath, enamel wire winding, cloth push-back coil leads, 7.55k output level, and the same period correct wire and "flat pole" to provide a neck pickup sound very consistent and thick.
• SD La brea Brad Paisley pickups deliver the snap and twang that Brad is known for, great set for country or country rock, with nice round sustain and harmonics, full but tight low end, they also deliver for Texas Blues. Seymour made what Brad calls "the perfect set" for his beloved '68 La Brea Telecaster.
