Legal Notice https://www.franceguitare.fr/

France Guitare supplies new and / or used parts from the French or international market, Fender® brand made in the USA, made in mexico or made in Japan (MIJ) and sometimes others brands belonging to the group Fender Musical Instrument Corporation® headquartered in the United States of America in Scottsdale, in Arizona and whose plants are located in Corona in California.

The parts marketed by France Guitare are directly or indirectly imported from abroad intra and extra EU. The sale of spare parts is the main commercial activity of France Guitare, as well as various accessories or equipment for the use of guitarists passionate about Fender® guitars. France Guitare offers all types of new or used original Fender® brand replacement parts for Fender® brand guitars: sleeves, body, hardware, electronics, pickups, vibrato (tremolo), accessories, relic parts (bridge, control plate, neck plate in antique or aged mode), potentiometers, buttons, pickguards, cases and flight cases, etc. All Fender® logotyped sleeves are neck branded Fender®, Fender® bodies are also recognizable by their bar code, date stamps and assembly or distribution stamps.

In order to avoid suspicion, France Guitare specifies that a neck manufactured under Fender® license in the USA (typa Allparts, Warmoth...) on which a Fender® logo decal is applied is nothing more than a counter-way. The counter-way is illegal. France Guitare opposes any practice that can be assimilated to the opposite way. The origin of Fender® parts marketed by France Guitare is controllable thanks to Fender® identification elements: bar code, stamps on the heel of neck, the brand, signature or/and the serial number, dimensions, shapes, etc.

The assembled "loaded pickguard" plates are made with Fender parts, CTS, CRL new and Fender® pickups as well as other brands available on request. The marked-out (non-Fender) violin parts are custom-made under Fender license and are sold exclusively in the Custom-shop section of the shop.
