Fender Custom Shop Fat 50's single coil pickup sold individually, fitted as standard on the American Standard Stratocaster 2008-2016, Classic Player 50's, and many other models. This pickup position pickup is no longer sold individually by Fender. It comes from a set of the current year, new and mismatched.

• AlNiCo 5 stepped magnets, vintage white cover, 2 oval head pickugard mounting screws, (Fender complete set part number = 099-2113-000) ;
• A sonic standard for vintage sound, warm and bright from the 50s. An output level that helps with crunch, a crisp, clear and distinctive midrange, dynamic, precise in the mids and highs, warm and deep round bass;
• Custom Shop Fat 50's mid RW/RP pickup, North/South polarity, to be fitted with a neck pickup and/or bridge pickup of opposite polarity;
• An excellent pickup for upgrading positions 2, 3 and 4 of your vintage Stratocaster®.

Resistance (variable according to the microphone boxes): Middle = 6.15 to 6.36K, North-South polarity.

Attention: It sometimes happens that the "Fender Custom Shop" sticker stuck to the back of the coil is missing. This is unintentional because sometimes the pickups come from disassembled American Standard Strat® equipped with Fat 50's without the sticker. The latter being badly glued and it happens that a sticker is lost during the packaging or the reconditioning of the pickup .
