Neck reproduction vintage type 1965, maple and rosewood veneer veneer fingerboard a little thicker, fingerboard markers and mother-of-pearl fingerboard border, distinctive sign the large headstock logo marking the CBS transition. Original Vintage 60s Fender Stratocaster Neck

Crafted in the Corona, California factory, this vintage -style Stratocaster neck features a thick "C"-shaped profile from the 7th fret. Distinctive oval profile of rosewood fingerboard necks manufactured since 1964.

Characteristic of the Fender Strat Original 60's Neck

Note on the back side of the neck , there is an additional screw hole for the machine head tuners : This is not a defect but an identical reproduction of the necks of this transition period which themselves had a hole too much on the late 64 to 66 series.

• Thick oval "C thick" profile: Thickness 21.5mm (0.84") at the 1st fret, 24.5mm (0.96") at the 12th fret;
• 9.5" modern radius;
• Mother-of-pearl fingerboard and fingerboard markers;
• 21 fine vintage frets 2mm wide;
• Nut Width: 42.5mm;
• Bone nut to finish cutting and preparing if you want to refine this part. The nut is pre-grooved for the positioning of the "pilot" strings in order to facilitate the work of spacing;
• Honey-coloured glossy lacquered nitrocellulose varnish finish for a vintage ;
• vintage -style trusrod (tension rod) adjustment Phillips heel screw;
• Diameter of holes for machine head tuners : 6.5mm on the back of the head and 9mm on the front;
• Compatible with all vintage Kluson or Gotoh style machine head tuners ;
