WARNING!! The dimension of the allen keys for Fender® trussrod late 70's early 80's can be different from modern USA trus-rod keys since 1986/87, check this point according to the model and series of your Stratocaster® or Telecaster®. The height of the vintage style saddles on Strat series made in mexico /Japan are generally adjusted with a 1.5" wrench.

Strat and pickup USA Pickup Adjustment Wrench part number 002-3811-049 is used for modern pickup fitted since 1986 on Strat, Tele, Jaguar, etc. Also used for adjusting the trussrod at the nut Strat Plus and American Standard/Deluxe series modern usa as well as for the models of guitars and basses type 70's with "bullet head" at the nut. This key is not compatible with the trussrod of the sleeves made in mexico or made in japan.
